Reviewer's Comments: This is a welcome addition to the Vegas BBQ scene. As the name
implies, pork is the thing here. The pulled pork plate costs about $7.50 and includes a
pile of pork and two sides. The pork is moist, smoky and melt-in-your-mouth good. A
slightly tangy, tomato based sauce and Mike's Magic Dust (!) enhances, but doesn't mask,
the flavor. Pork ribs are of the "bacon on a stick" variety" and can be
ordered dry or wet. Beef brisket is good; alot of smoke flavor.... but not as good as the
pork. Sides range from very good; red beans & rice, baked beans, and vinegar slaw, to
not bad; fries, mac & cheese, and potato salad. Good family atmosphere, long lineups
after 6 PM. Definitely a winner.

I have had barbeque all over the US, and this is some of the best I have ever had. The pulled pork is to die for and the pork spare fall right of the bone, the beef brisket is as tender as I ever had it anywhere. Try one of the combination plates so you can sample all the meats. Try the spicy peanut cole slaw if you really want a treat. And the baked beans are hevenly. My wife had the Chicken, I tried some of hers, remarkable. And for dessert get the peach cobbler. The best I have ever ate. Vegas now has real BBQ....
