Mad Dog's Rib Rub

none

1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup ground sweet red pepper
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup sugar; granulated
1/4 cup brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne Pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a covered bowl and mix well. Use about 2 tablespoons of rub for each side of a rib slab. Rub the slab generously with white vinegar before adding rub.
