Lexington-Style Barbeque Dip

none

3 cups apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup brown or white sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Texas Pete hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
