Justin's Barbecue Sauce

none

6 cups onions; chopped
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons garlic; chopped
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups sweet pepper; chopped
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup parsley; dried
6 tablespoons Lea & Perrin's
2 cups dry white wine
1 teaspoon mint; dried
6 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
