Grilled Tuna Burgers

none

1 pound fresh tuna; ground
4 cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix everything and make into 3 patties. Grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side. They should be reddish/pink on the inside.
