Green Chile Stew

8 green N.M. chilies; roasted, peeled,
; seeded, chopped
2 pounds left over brisket or pork; chopped
2 large onions; chopped
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 small tomatoes; chopped
1 large potato; diced
1 quart beef broth

Sauté onion and add garlic. Then add chilies and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes. Add broth and potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add meat and simmer until potatoes and done. And don't forget to order some red. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
