4 1/2 teaspoons salt; sea
6 teaspoons oregano, dried; ground
6 teaspoons thyme; dried
6 teaspoons fennel; dried
6 teaspoons cumin; ground
6 teaspoons cardamom; ground
6 teaspoons garlic powder
6 teaspoons chile powder
6 teaspoons coriander; dried
