Bone Broth Basting Sauce

none

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 bay leaf; finely crumbled
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3 cups beef broth
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic; crushed
