Grandma Kota's Lima Bean Casserole


1 lb baby lima beans
3/4 c brown sugar
1 T dry mustard
2 t salt
1 T molasses
1 c sour cream
3/4 c butter

soak beans overnight, then rinse and cover with water, cook until tender drain and rinse with hot water and put in casserole dish. Dab on the butter mix dry ingredients and sprinke over beans mix sour cream and molasses and pour over beans and stir well bake at 350 for appox 1 hr
