Export Format Butternut Squash And Ginger Relish none 1/2 c rice vinegar 1/4 c sugar 1/2 t salt 1 T finely grated fresh ginger 1/4 t cayenne(more is good) 2 lb butternut squash peeled, seeded and; coarsely shredded(about 1 bunch scallions finely chopped(about 1c) Stir together vinegar, sugar and salt 'till blended then add remaining ingredients and toss well.
