@@@@@ Now You're Cooking! Export Format Devil Wings none 12 ounces Trappey's Red Devil Hot Sauce 1 8 Oz Itialian Salad Dressing 5 pounds chicken wings; rinsed resealable freezer bag In a freezer bag, mix RED DEVIL with salad dressing. Keep 1 cup for basting and dipping. Add chicken wings to bag, seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning bag several times. Grill wings over low fire or bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done, basting with reserved sauce. Even though they are great this way, I decided last summer to try them on the smoker. I don't reserve the cup because I don't baste on the smoker. I usually smoke about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours at 200 to 225 or 1hour to 1 1/4 hours at around 350 for a little less smoke flavor (depending who's at the table with me) and how large the wings are. The main thing is to make sure they are done. Posted to the AZstarnet BBQ Mailing List by RockMc Yield: 6 servings Preparation Time: 0:00 ** Exported from Now You're Cooking! v5.57 ** |
