Devil Wings

12 ounces Trappey's Red Devil Hot Sauce
1 8 Oz Itialian Salad Dressing
5 pounds chicken wings; rinsed
resealable freezer bag

In a freezer bag, mix RED DEVIL with salad dressing. Keep 1 cup for basting and dipping. Add chicken wings to bag, seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning bag several times. Grill wings over low fire or bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done, basting with reserved sauce. Even though they are great this way, I decided last summer to try them on the smoker. I don't reserve the cup because I don't baste on the smoker. I usually smoke about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours at 200 to 225 or 1hour to 1 1/4 hours at around 350 for a little less smoke flavor (depending who's at the table with me) and how large the wings are. The main thing is to make sure they are done.
