Lone Chimney Ranch Style Beans

none

1/2 pound bacon; diced
1 large onion; minced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup spicy barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
16 ounces butter beans
32 ounces red kidney beans
1 large can pork and beans
1 pound smoked ham; diced

Brown the bacon and remove before it gets crisp. Add the ham to the bacon drippings and warm. Add the onion and cook till translucent. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Submitted to the BBQ Mailing List by PhantomBBQ@aol.com on Oct 1, 1998. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
