Sweet-And-Sour Dipping Sauce

1 cup mango chutney
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon hot sauce
