1/2 cup Lime Juice
1 small onion Sliced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 dashes crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons cilantro
3 dashes cracked pepper
marinate at least 3 hours then gril
-- smoke beef. Brisket marinate 6
hrs Reserve marinade and add 1 larg; 1 green and 1 red
-- onion sliced
pepper sliced; 2 small yellow hook
-- squash sliced
-- lengthwise, 1
-- zucchini
squash sliced lengthwise. When the

smoker place grilling screen on gri
-- marinated veggies & grill.
1 Serve with salsa and sour cream
