Pork Butt Kicking Sauce

1 medium onion; minced
3 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar

Combine ingredients and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. NOTES: This sauce is in the style of some western North Carolina joints as you start approaching the western mountains.
