Barbecue Spice Rub

2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
