2 tablespoons non-iodized salt
2 tablespoons course black pepper
1 tablespoon chipotle powder; (ceyenne makes a

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
