Export Format Grilled Pineapple Salsa none 1/2 cup fresh pineapple; medium dice 1/4 cup sliced red onion 1/2 jalapeņo; minced 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro; chopped 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 lime; juiced salt and pepper to taste Use 1/3 of a whole fresh pineapple. Peel, core and slice 1/2". Grill until the sugars start to caramelize. Dice and add other ingredients.
