Export Format Tahoe Caesar Dressing none 2 cans anchovies; (oil & all) 1 head garlic; (not clove... head) 2 eggs; (yolks & all... not -- the shell) a couple good dashes of Tobassco; (or similar type hot -- sauce) a couple good dashes of Worchester lemon juice; (2 lemons worth) 2 tablespoons hot mustard; (the dry stuff) Turn on the blender and start filling it up with olive oil (that's why ya need an industrial Binford type blender). Makes about a quart, goes a long way. I keep it in a pickle jar and it last a while... and never has that salmanilla stuff either. (Garlic kills it!)
