2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Apple Vinegar
1 medium Green Cabbage; (generous couple of

2 medium Red Bell Peppers
1 medium Red Onion
1 cup drained Pimento-stuffed Olives

Bring dressing ingredients to a boil over medium high, stirring constantly Cool some Toss slaw ingredients, add dressing, toss again Cover and fridge for a day This is a novel looking Cole Slaw, be the first in your block.
