2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves; chopped
2 tablespoons fresh sage leaves; chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves; chopped
4 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons kosher salt
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
