Brisket Enchiladas

Step1: Heat an electric skillet with water (3/4 inch deep), chili powder (4 to 5 Tbls), garlic salt and onion power to suit your taste, to a boil. Turn down the heat to about 175 degrees. Put a tortilla in the skillet for about 45 seconds and take out. With a good orange color (from chili powder) place it on a heated dry skillet to evaporate the water from the tortilla. Then lay the tortilla on a plate. repeat untill all tortilla's are done. Step2: Meat mixture: Mix brisket, japapeno's (diced) and a can of hot Rotel. (Options: your tastebuds added here) Step3: Lay tortilla (step1) on a clean surface. Add meat meat mixture (step2) with your favorite cheese and roll up. repeat untill all tortillas are done. Step4: Heat and serve with picante sauce of your choice Mastercook Formatted By Kurt Lucas Submitted to the BBQ Mailing List by "Kent Wible" on Feb 14, 1999, converted by MC_Buster. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
