Jalapeno Marinade

none

1 1/2 cups white wine
8 ounces diced jalapeno chiles
3 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
1/3 cup olive oil

Place 1/2 cup wine, chiles, oregano and 2 tbs. oil in blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until finely minced. Stir in remaining oil and wine. Makes about 2 1/4 cups. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
