Smoked Fish Vinaigrette Salad


1 pound smoked whitefish or other smoked fi
1 quart shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 hard-cooked eggs; chopped
vinaigrette dressing
salad greens

Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish. Combine cabbage, onion, parsley, egg, and fish. Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Serve on salad greens.
