Export Format Golden Lemon Cheese Pie none 1 graham cracker pie crust; 9 inch 1 8 ounces pac cream cheese; softened 1 14 ounce can eagle brand sweetened; (not -- condensed milk evaporated milk) 1/3 cup Realemon lemon juice from concentra 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 8 ounces In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon brand and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Top with Golden Lemon Topping. Chill 3 hours. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers Golden Lemon Topping: In saucepan, combine 1/3 cup sugar and 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup ReaLemon brand and 1 egg yolk; mix well. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in 1 tablespoon margarine or butter until melted. Let cool for 1 minute and pour topping over pie.
