Export Format Chocolate Chess Pie none 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 eggs; beaten 1 5 ounces can evaporated milk 1/4 cup butter or margarine; melted 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 dash salt 1 9 inch pie crust; unbaked Preheat oven to 325F. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, evaporated milk, melted butter, vanilla and salt. Carefully pour the mixture into a pastry lined tart pan or pie plate.
