Export Format Avocado Salsa Cruda none 1/2 cup Avocado; Finely Diced 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato; Peeled 1/2 cup Red Onion; Diced 1/4 cup Jalapeno; Finely Diced 1/4 cup Bell Pepper; Finely Diced 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley; Chopped 1/8 tablespoon Sugar Salt Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a nonaluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the sesonings if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.
