Warren's Barbeque Sauce

1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco hot sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
