2 pounds cubed lamb meat
***Marinade***
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 medium onion; chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup oil

Throw all the marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Marinate the lamb at least overnight in refrigerator, but a week isn't too long. Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal.
