Spicy Tartar Sauce For Seafood

none

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 each garlic; cloves, crushed
1/4 cup parsley; finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tarragon; freshly chopped, or
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
