South Carolina Mustard Sauce

none

3/4 cup prepared mustard
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, let stand at room temperature for one hour before serving. By ncorley@usa.net (Norm Corley) on Dec 28, 1997. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
