3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup sugar; (or 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 stick melted butter
Mix together and pour into pans; (sprayed w/Pam)
***TOP WITH***
(Mix together with hands until crum
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts; (pecan-walnuts)
Bake at 350 degree until top is bro
-- crisp
Ingredients are doubled for a 9x13
