Red Plum Rib Glaze


3 tablespoons red plum jelly
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Texas Pete hot sauce

Mix all ingredient well. Heat in microwave until the jelly is melted. Mix again. Heat until hot. Brush over ribs as you take the ribs off the pit. Posted to the BBQ List by Wyndell Ferguson - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
