Red Chinese Rib BBQ Sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons concentrated orange juice
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root; minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine

Mix all the ingredients and marinate 2 lbs. of baby back ribs in the mixture for at least 2 hours. Bake at 375F for 20 min. Turn and brush with sauce and bake for 25 more minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
