2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar; packed
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
