Papaya Tomatillo Salsa

1 large papaya, peeled, seeded; coarsely chopped
4 medium tomatillos, husked; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon honey
salt
black pepper, freshly ground
