One truth in life is that people are always looking for the best!  We look for the best product the best barbecue place to eat while on vacation.  In the same vein, we want to know what to avoid, the "rip-offs", the "also-rans," the joint that serves left over road-kill smoked with old cigars.  Let people know about the BBQ Joint you ate at last night!
