This is list is for the retentive BBQ snobs! <VBG>  If you don't cook  pig, on a 'traditional pit' using pre-burned hickory, and covered with cardboard, this list isn't for you!

There is some good information on  this list, just be prepared to take a whipping if you don't cook in this 'traditional' manner.
